What we liked
- + True 12x magnification with a 50mm objective is a strong match for handheld Moon and star-field scanning.
- + Pocket-sized, lightweight design is described as easy to carry for hiking and travel.
- + Smartphone adapter and mini tripod are included for digiscoping and steadier viewing.
Trade-offs
- - SharpSight is a lesser-known brand, and the listing does not state a waterproof rating in the features shown.
- - Wording in the listing is generic and mentions a thermal imaging monocular, so check specifications before buying.
