What we liked
- + A 60mm objective collects more light than a 50mm monocular, which helps with dim Moon and star-field views.
- + Listing states a 6.5 degree field of view, or 325 ft at 1000 yards, with a large 21mm BAK-4 prism.
- + Includes a smartphone holder, tripod and hand strap, and the body is rubber armored for grip.
Trade-offs
- - Larger 60mm body is bulkier than a 12x50, and Pankoo is a lesser-known brand.
- - Listing does not state a waterproof rating in the features shown, which matters for damp observing nights.
