What we liked
- + 70mm aperture with fully coated glass is bigger than most scopes in this price range
- + 5x24 finder with crosshairs, a phone adapter and two eyepieces are included in the kit
- + Aluminum tripod adjusts from 12 to 38 inches and the scope can view land targets as well as the sky
Trade-offs
- - The listing cites only 20x to 32x from its eyepieces, which is low power for planetary detail
- - The brand is not well known and the listing offers few specifics on the mount's stability
