What we liked
- + Stabilization makes 12x handheld viewing practical in a tiny package
- + Waterproof construction suits travel, hiking and events
- + Extra reach helps with distant birds and lunar features
Trade-offs
- - 25mm objectives at 12x give a dim image after dark
- - Narrow field makes following fast subjects harder
