What we liked
- + 12x magnification with a 50mm objective gives the same class of power and light gathering as the Gosky 12x50 it replaces.
- + BAK-4 prisms and multi-coated optics are listed, and twist-up eyecups give an independent viewing field.
- + Nitrogen-filled waterproof and anti-fog construction, with a smartphone holder included.
Trade-offs
- - Starboosa is a lesser-known brand, so brand support is less established than Gosky.
- - Tripod is not mentioned in the shown features, so steady Moon views at 12x may need hand bracing.
