What we liked
- + 80mm objective lens and fully multi-coated optics are listed for bright, sharp views across the 20x to 60x zoom.
- + Nitrogen purging and rubber armor give waterproof, fogproof and shock-resistant construction as described.
- + Ready-to-use kit with aluminum tripod, universal smartphone adapter, carrying case and lens cloth; the 45 degree body reduces neck strain.
Trade-offs
- - TOCHUNG is a lesser-known brand, and the listing gives few specifics on glass type or prism material.
- - Listing mentions astronomy only briefly, so it is best treated as a Moon and daytime scope.
