What we liked
- + 30mm objective at 6x gives a wide field, and the listing says it gathers about 18 times more light than the naked eye
- + Crosshair lets you center a target in the finder so it lands in the main telescope's field of view
- + Three adjustment screws align the finder with the main telescope in a few minutes, per the listing
Trade-offs
- - The listing highlights do not say which finder shoe or dovetail base it fits, so check your telescope first
- - A 30mm aperture shows fewer faint stars than the 9x50 finders in this guide
