What we liked
- + Head or helmet mounting leaves hands free for walking and handling gear
- + 940nm IR illumination is nearly invisible to animals and people
- + 1080p recording captures clear footage for later review
Trade-offs
- - 940nm IR has shorter reach than brighter, slightly visible IR illuminators
- - Head mounting takes adjustment time to align with your eye comfortably
