What we liked
- + 40mm focal length gives the lowest practical power in a 1.25 inch barrel
- + Long eye relief is comfortable for users who wear glasses
- + Good for sweeping large star fields and locating targets
Trade-offs
- - 40 degree apparent field feels like looking through a tunnel
- - Large exit pupil can waste light in fast telescopes and show the secondary shadow
