What we liked
- + 10mm focal length gives a useful higher-power view of planets and the Moon
- + 4-element Plossl design delivers sharp images across most of the field
- + Standard 1.25 inch barrel fits nearly all beginner and mid-level telescopes
Trade-offs
- - Short focal length Plossls have tight eye relief, which is hard for glasses wearers
- - Field of view is narrower than modern wide-angle eyepieces
